We continually listen to our tenants' views, taking them into account when we make decisions about how we deliver our services.
We do this through:
Consultations - We work with our tenants to make sure that we understand their needs and reflect these in any changes we make
Complaints - By listening to you, we can learn when we haven't got things right and put changes in place to improve our services
Community Engagement - Speaking to tenants through door-knocking and engagement activities, giving you chance to make your voice heard
Spotlight sessions - A great way to find out more about our services and hold us to account on our performance
Scrutiny - Working with our tenants to review the services we offer and get a better understanding of how they're being delivered
Gateway Central - Our tenant-led committee, made up of tenants who have a passion for change and want to review our performance
Spotlight Sessions
We're looking for a wide range of tenants to come along to our spotlight sessions, for an overview of how we deliver our services and performance information so you can hold us to account.
These sessions are also used to hear what tenants think about potential changes to the services we offer and give us recommendations.
Previously, we've looked at keeping our communities clean and green, keeping you safe in your communities, our allocations process and keeping you and your home safe.
