Our Tenancy Support Team are always here to support you with your money and offer advice for maximising your income.

We know it's not always easy to talk about money worries, but we want you to know that you're not alone and speaking out is the first step to getting help and support.

Benefit Advice

We offer a tailored benefits advice service to our tenants, household members and anyone applying for a property with us. We can help with:

• General information and guidance
• Benefits/grant checks
• Making a claim online
• Filling out forms
• Pursuing benefit reconsiderations and appeals

Disability Benefits

Our Tenancy Support Team includes expert benefit advisors who can chat to you about applying for disability benefits like Personal Independence Payment or Attendance Allowance. They are also happy to help you complete the application forms and guide you through the claims process.

General Advice

There may be times during your tenancy when you find it hard to pay your rent. We can support you with tailored budgeting advice, how to maximise your income and pass on details of other organisations that might be able to help and support you.

National Energy Action

We work closely with National Energy Action (NEA) who are a national charity working to end fuel poverty. They define fuel poverty as a household needing to use 10% of their income on keeping their home warm.
