📅📝📊📈 It’s been another busy week for the CGA team this week, where we have seen tenant training, consultation and community activities in full swing!
🗣️👂✊🔊 We welcomed tenants to our Head Office on Wednesday evening to take part in a focus group to help us to set our priorities for our new Community Empowerment and Community Investment Strategies, helping us to turn up the volume on the Tenant Voice
👩🌾👨🌾🐌🐞 Collaboration with The Prince's Trust has seen us working together on a small patch of green space at Bleasdale Street East and knocking it into shape – helping their young people learn new skills, contribute to the community around them, and make a positive difference to this shared communal area which is looking very smart now.
👥👥🚪🚪 Our team also took part in a ‘pop-up’ in the Fishwick area on Monday where they carried out door knocking, as well as holding two Gateway2You sessions in Brookfield and Ingol. It was great to speak to tenants in these areas, providing them with an opportunity to have their voice heard.
👀👩🏫👨🏫 Looking ahead to next week, we’ll be delivering Gateway2You sessions in Ashton on Wednesday 12 June (9-11am, Preston West Children’s Centre) and in the City Centre on Thursday 13 June (2-4pm) at City Church Preston.
