At Community Gateway we want to make sure you are well informed and understand how to make a complaint, and what you can expect from us when you do.
The Housing Ombudsman have produced a code which we need to adhere to which sets out a number of criteria for when we are dealing with and responding to complaints. We want to understand whether you are aware of how we should be responding to complaints and who the Housing Ombudsman is and what they do.
To help us with this and enable us to improve our service and the information we provide it would be really helpful if you could answer a few questions in the survey below.
