Community Gateway provide support and investment to local communities through our Community Fund.
Both constituted and non-constituted groups can apply for our Community Fund, which aims to support creating safer and greener communities ๐๏ธ๐ณ
In the past 12-months, we've awarded £19,000 to support22 projects across Preston to help Community Gateway tenants and the communities they live in.
How much can I apply for?
Constituted groups can apply for up to £2500 per project and non-constituted groups up to £500 to support the delivery of activities that create a positive impact on the local community.
What projects will you fund?
Safer Communities - projects that aim to work in partnership to address local issues, such as anti-social behaviour, resulting in safer communities.
Greener Communities - projects that aim to improve the local environment, resulting in cleaner, greener communities.
I am not part of a group but have a great idea for my local community, can I apply?
Definitely! Our team will support you to submit your application and deliver your project. We want to empower local communities and residents to take a lead in developing projects which meet their needs and our team is on hand to provide support.
If you have an idea that might qualify for support from our Community Fund, express your interest below! ๐ฐ If we feel like we could take this idea further, then a member of the team will be in touch to help you complete the official application.
