Clean & Green Inspectors

We are always looking for tenants to be our eyes and ears in our neighbourhoods, helping us to make sure our communal areas are being maintained to the right standards and keeping them clean and green.

As an inspector you will help us to monitor:

• Grass cutting
• Hedge maintenance
• Communal cleaning
• Fly tipping removal
• Safety of our area

To carry out your role, we ask that around once a month you do a walkaround in your local area to identify any areas of concern, make note and report this to us.

Full training and equipment will be provided to all inspectors.
