Following on from two action days in the city centre, local tenants have told us that the underpass area is attracting drug use, fly tipping and other anti-social behaviour. To try and resolve this, Community Gateway and the Neighbourhood Policing Team are looking to install two gates at each end of the underpass located on Ashmoor Street, Preston.
